Paul Coleman
Founder and Growth Director
Paul founded Expedite Growth Services to give growing businesses what they rarely find in one person: senior commercial leadership, and the practical ability to build what that leadership calls for.
He has built sales, marketing, operational and systems functions inside businesses across education, travel, healthcare and aesthetics, consumer brands, technology, legal and professional services. He combines commercial strategy with deep expertise in CRM, automation and business systems. He believes growth is built by people, and that systems and AI should make teams stronger, not smaller.
Paul leads every engagement personally. Clients work with him directly, not with a junior team behind him.
